A Pack of Families
Pack 4475 has helped girls discover adventure since 2019. Founded shortly after Cub Scouting welcomed girls into the program, our Pack was created to give girls the opportunity to experience everything Scouting has to offer.
At Pack 4475, we believe every girl deserves the opportunity to explore the outdoors, discover new interests, develop leadership skills, and build lifelong friendships.
Girls in kindergarten through 5th grade learn by doing through camping, hiking, STEM activities, community service, and outdoor adventures. Every experience helps our Scouts grow in confidence, character, resilience, and a lifelong love of adventure.

As A Pack of Families, Pack 4475 is built on the belief that Cub Scouting is strongest when families share in the adventure.
Parents, siblings, and caregivers are encouraged to participate in campouts, hikes, service projects, and other pack activities, creating experiences that strengthen families while helping children grow into confident leaders.

🏕 Outdoor Adventure
Camp, hike, explore nature, and experience Georgia’s beautiful parks and nature preserves.
⚙️ Hands-on STEM
Build rockets, design sailboats, race Pinewood Derby cars, and tackle fun scientific challenges that encourage creativity and problem-solving.
⭐ Leadership & Confidence
Scouts learn teamwork, responsibility, outdoor skills, and leadership through hands-on experiences and age-appropriate challenges.
❤️ Friendship & Belonging
Our family-centric environment encourages Scouts to build lasting friendships, support one another, and develop confidence in a welcoming community.
Interested in Pack 4475?
Prospective families are welcome throughout the Scouting year!
August is our primary recruitment season, when we host special Open House events for families interested in joining the Pack. Outside of our August recruitment season, we encourage prospective families to visit at least two Pack meetings before joining.
Visiting gives your family an opportunity to meet our Scouts and leaders, experience our program, and decide whether Pack 4475 is the right fit for your family.
Pack meetings are generally held on the first and third Wednesdays of each month from 6–7 PM while City Schools of Decatur are in session. Because our schedule includes special activities and meetings at different locations, please contact the Cubmaster before planning your visit.

Ready to Join Pack 4475!
Step 1 - Register with Scouting America
Every new Scout must register with Scouting America to become an official Cub Scout member of Pack 4475.
Parents interested in serving as a Den Leader or an Assistant Den leader may also register with Scouting America.
Step 2 – Pay Annual Pack Dues
Every dollar stays with our local Pack to support advancement awards, outdoor adventures, STEM activities, Pack meetings, Scout Hut maintenance, annual rechartering, and other program expenses that make Scouting possible for our families.
